Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/rescheduling less than 3 hours before the session or a no show - no refund, in all other cases full refund (minus transactional fees - not applicable with PayPal, Tikkie, cash payments). IN PERSON SESSION cancelled/rescheduled within 7 days - €22 fee is charged/deducted from the refund (rental fees that cannot be avoided) or you can have an remote session instead. You can always find someone to receive your session to avoid any fees.

Refund will be issued within 1 week maximum (normally within 24 hours) with the same payment method used, unless agreed otherwise.
